Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the G Cinco website and the credit-repair services we provide. By visiting the Site or purchasing any service, you accept these Terms in full.

1. Who We Are

G Cinco is a brand of Cinco Capital Lab LLC, a Hawaii limited liability company (“we,” “us”). We are a consumer-facing credit-repair organization that helps clients challenge inaccurate, unverifiable, or outdated information on their credit reports with Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion. We operate under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA, 15 U.S.C. § 1679 et seq.) and applicable state laws.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident to use our services.

3. The Services

We offer one done-for-you service:

• Credit & Funding Consultation — $350 one-time: A financial-optimization program covering all three bureaus. We analyze the Client’s credit profile across Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion, identify what needs attention, create a custom strategy, and optimize the profile for stronger approval potential. Includes intake, strategy, dispute filing, method-of-verification requests, creditor validation requests, CFPB / state-AG filings where appropriate, a dedicated case manager, email status updates throughout, and guidance toward personal and business funding opportunities. Every plan is tailored to the Client’s financial goals.

4. What We Do NOT Do

We do not guarantee a specific score increase, guaranteed item removal, or any particular timeline. We do not file disputes for items that are accurate, verifiable, and current. We do not instruct you to misrepresent your identity or create a new credit identity (CPN); any such advice would violate federal law and is not part of our service.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Provide truthful, complete, and current information during onboarding
• Upload a legible copy of your government-issued ID, Social Security card, and recent proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or lease dated within 90 days)
• Enroll in MyFreeScoreNow (or an equivalent 3-bureau monitoring service) and share read-only access so we can monitor dispute outcomes
• Not pay any creditor or collector to remove a tradeline (“pay-for-delete”) without telling us first — premature payment can re-age the account
• Notify us within 5 business days of receiving any new bureau response, creditor letter, or court summons related to a disputed item

6. Payments and Fees — Schedule of Fees

Fees are charged in full at checkout via Square. This is a one-time charge with no recurring billing and no subscription.

• Credit & Funding Consultation: $350 USD (one-time)

Under CROA § 1679b(b), you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund within three (3) business days of signing the Service Agreement. See our Refund Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (copy, design, logos, dispute templates, educational materials) is owned by or licensed to G Cinco. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our materials without written permission.

8. Disclaimers

We are a financial services company, not a law firm. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes. Federal law (CROA, FTC) prohibits any guarantee of a specific score outcome.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost credit opportunities.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the services.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Rules, except that small-claims-court actions and equitable relief may be filed in court. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement at any time on written notice. We will refund any unearned portion of your fee per our Refund Policy. We may suspend or terminate service immediately if we determine you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version is always posted at this URL. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
