Privacy Policy

G Cinco, a brand of Cinco Capital Lab LLC (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard the personal information you provide when you visit gcinco.vercel.app (“the Site”), purchase our Done-For-You credit-repair services, or correspond with us by email. By using the Site or our services, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information directly from you:

• Identifying information: name, email address, phone number, mailing address.
• Government-issued ID, Social Security Number (SSN), and proof of address uploaded during onboarding so we can file disputes on your behalf with the three major credit bureaus.
• Credit report data and bureau login credentials you share to enable us to monitor disputes and pull updated reports.
• Payment information: processed and stored solely by Square, our PCI-DSS Level-1 payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

We also collect technical information automatically: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring URL via cookies and analytics services (e.g., Vercel Analytics, Meta Pixel).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver the credit-repair services you purchased
• To file dispute letters, validation requests, and escalations with the credit bureaus and creditors on your behalf
• To communicate updates, status changes, and onboarding requirements
• To process payments and issue refunds where applicable
• To improve the Site and our services through aggregated analytics
• To comply with our legal obligations (FCRA, CROA, GLBA, state laws)

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:

• The three nationwide credit reporting agencies (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion), creditors, collection agencies, and the CFPB — only as required to file disputes on your behalf under the authorization you signed during onboarding.
• Service providers we use to operate the business, including Square (payments), Resend (transactional email), Vercel (hosting), MyFreeScoreNow (3-bureau monitoring), and LetterStream (dispute mailing). Each is contractually bound to protect your information.
• Law enforcement or regulators if required by subpoena, court order, or applicable law.

4. Data Retention

We retain your dispute records, signed authorizations, and case files for a minimum of two years after your engagement ends, to comply with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) §407 recordkeeping requirement. After that period, we securely delete or anonymize the data.

5. Security

We use industry-standard physical, administrative, and technical safeguards (TLS encryption in transit, encrypted at-rest storage at Vercel and Square, restricted access controls, audit logs). No system is perfect, however — if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, email support@cincocapitallab.com immediately.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion (subject to our CROA recordkeeping obligation)
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time
• (California residents) Exercise rights under the CCPA/CPRA

To exercise any of these rights, email support@cincocapitallab.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies and Tracking

The Site uses essential cookies (login state, cart) and analytics cookies (anonymous traffic measurement). You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings without affecting access to the services.

8. Children

Our services are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. The current version is always posted at this URL with the “Effective” date above. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients.
